Dear mother I take my seat to let you now that we are well at present and hope that you are enjoying the same blessing we received your leter the one you rit on the third of November I got on the forth of December the one you rit on the first ov December we got on the fifth We was glad to hear from you and Felix and Nancy and Emanuel We have ad very nice wether this fall untill last friday it comenced snowing and snowed all night and all day yesterday it is very cold to day George trosel and I went out to hunt rabbits this morning Was out all forenoon and only cot one rabit you wanted to now You wanted to know sumthing about that blankit we brout it with us we have six blankits we can sleep very well You want to now if we had as much to eat as we had at Piqua we havent quite as much We get five crackers aday and cofey and meat twist a day and potatos onst aday Tell john Daves that is he will give $18 dlers for them harno and you kepe own coller and bridel tell him that we must have the cash for them or he cant have them If I was there I dont think cate wood b so fat I want you to get my slay and take it out to Manuels for if you leve it at Hampton they will runnit to deth no more at present but remain you fried until deth
